Had small marks on the shirt when it arrived from a printing issue. Found that out once I emailed in asking if I could get a discounted replacement as the markings aren’t terrible but they offered to make it right and just send one out for free. Mind you, I emailed them at 8pm on a Saturday and received a reply within 15 minutes with it being resolved. Amazing customer service and that alone will have be ordering more from here and less from other retailers. Thank you guys. Shirt quality is amazing as well. Super soft.

I love everybody about this shirt. The style is unique, the material is soft and breathable, and the fit is perfect. Being tall and skinny polos are hit or miss if they fit proportionally and this one is perfect. Will be buying more.

My experience with Byrd Gang has been INCREDIBLE. First, I received my shirts in slightly faster timing than expected, and immediately loved them — they fit true to size, look as good in person as they do online, and have a breathable material that made it perfect for the course. However, one of my shirts did come with a small tear at the shoulder, not the end of the world but I did reach out to the Byrd Gang team about it. I was hoping to be able to exchange the shirt for another (the green was my favorite color of the bunch!) and received PERFECT customer service - they immediately responded to my email with not only an apology on the damage, but to let me know they had already shipped me a new one and didn’t need to return the previous! I couldn’t have been happier with the shirts, but the service I received after made the world of difference vs other companies, and is why I will DEFINITELY be shopping with Byrd Gang again!

Seems legit. Too cold to golf this time of year in MI. I was concerned that it would be one of those materials that looks sweat wicking but would actually trap heat... doesn't seem to be the case but won't be able to truly tell until it heats up outside. Quality is pretty good and it's a cool design. Buy 1 get 2 free seems like an insane deal but honestly, it’s probably a fair price for three polos. Nothing groundbreaking about them at first glance, but they seem solid overall..
